You will ensure accuracy, safety, and quality while working with advanced machining tools, robotics, and inspection equipment. Your craftsmanship directly supports the reliability and performance of our products.

• Determine setup requirements by reviewing blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and instructions.
• Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on materials to guide machining operations.
• Machining bar stock to required dimensions with precision.
• Interact with co‑bots and robotic tools to enhance machining efficiency.
• Verify conformance of finished parts using precision measuring equipment such as CMM and optical comparators.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machining equipment as needed.
• Comply with productivity and quality standards to meet operational goals.
• Operate a forklift when required to support material movement.
• Perform additional duties based on workload and business needs.

• High school diploma or GED; a certificate in CIMM or related industrial technology is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a job shop or high‑mix, low‑volume production environment.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Intermediate math and reading skills.
• Working knowledge of lathes, mills, and other machine shop equipment.
• Ability to write and modify CNC programs.
• Basic computer skills.

• Willingness to follow all manufacturing procedures and company policies.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to stay focused and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with peers, supervisors, management, and external partners.

• Motor skills sufficient to safely operate tools and machinery.
• Ability to stand or walk for most of an 8–10‑hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper techniques.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses and safety shoes.
• Willingness to work overtime, alternate shifts, and weekends as needed.
