Starting Pay: $28.84/hr + Shift Premium for Off-Shifts | Benefits Available Day One
Location: Liberty, MO
Magna is seeking a Production Team Leader to support daily manufacturing operations by assisting operators, training team members, coordinating production activities, and helping maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.
What You'll Do- Train and support production operators on equipment operation and quality inspections
- Troubleshoot and address minor equipment issues while coordinating support for larger equipment concerns
- Monitor product quality and escape non-conforming parts when necessary
- Respond to production issues and Andon calls to support uninterrupted operations
- Complete routine audits for safety, 5S, and production requirements
- Communicate operational concerns to leadership and support teams
- Complete maintenance work orders and update production boards and documentation
- Serve as a floor leader and resource for operators throughout the shift
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing, production, or team lead experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to train others
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
