  • Inspecting parts using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, gauges, dial indicators, and micrometers to ensure conformance to specifications.

  • Recording inspection data and maintaining quality documentation where required.

  • Meeting company productivity and quality standards consistently.

  • Operating forklifts as needed to support production and material handling.

  • Following all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

  • Supporting additional tasks and responsibilities based on workload and business requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.

  • Have 1–3 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (experience in a similar internal role preferred).

  • Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Possess basic math and reading skills.

  • Have basic computer skills sufficient to use company ERP systems.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment.

  • Show strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.

  • Demonstrate effective time management and ability to stay on task to meet deadlines.

  • Exhibit a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift (typically 8–10 hours or more).
