Production Associates (Press & Bindery) in Liberty, Missouri

As a Production Associate (Press & Bindery) for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced printing and manufacturing environment supporting both Press and Bindery operations. You will help move raw materials, feed production equipment, package finished products, and assist machine operators to keep production running efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. No previous printing or manufacturing experience is required! Qualified candidates can start immediately.

We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a team environment, are safety-focused, and can perform physically demanding work. SURESTAFF is invested in our team members! Temporary employees receive competitive pay starting at $16.50 to $17.00/hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Overtime Available:
As needed.

Responsibilities of the Production Associate (Press & Bindery):

• Read work orders and production instructions to determine materials needed for production.
• Load, unload, move, and organize paper stock, raw materials, and finished products.
• Feed materials into press or bindery production equipment.
• Stack, jog, bundle, band, strap, wrap, box, and palletize finished products for shipment.
• Apply identification tags and labels to materials, boxes, pallets, and finished products.
• Assist press and bindery operators with equipment setup and production support.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, dollies, and other material handling equipment.
• Utilize box taping and manual or automatic strapping equipment as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Complete basic production paperwork and inventory documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory movement, and production processes.
• Ability to follow written work orders and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 20–50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining production standards.
• Work safely in a production environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
