As an
Operations Supervisor– Supply Chain,youwill lead up to55
Hallmark employees, directing and coordinating the scheduling and assignment of work to ensure productivity, serviceability, quality, and cost targets are met.

The Operations Supervisor will:
- Productivity –you’llbe leading all activities within your assigned area, working towards goals andobjectivesto ensure they are met.
- Continuous improvement–you’llbe using a disciplined problem-solving approach, usingPDCA/A3 tools with our leadership team and operators to achieve or exceed cost reduction targets.
- Leadership–leading and motivating your team as you provide direction and support to carry out the goals andobjectivesof your area as well as the company.
The
Operations Supervisor
role may be filled at any of our Kansas/Missouri supply chain locations,across any of the shifts– 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or weekend.
Occasional weekend workmay be required for those on aM-F weekly shift,dependent on business need.
Hallmark products are produced in both of our
Kansas Manufacturing facilitieslocatedin Lawrence, Kansas and Leavenworth, Kansas.These facilities produce most of our greeting cards, giftwrap, ribbons & bows, tissuepaperand stickers.
Our
Liberty Distribution Center,locatedin Liberty, Missouri
, fulfills and distributes most of these products to our customers.
The followingisrequired tobe considered for this role:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent AND a minimum of 3 years supervising direct reports; OR Associate’sdegree or higher, with a graduation date of Dec 2026or May 2027.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Your resume and application will stand out if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain,engineeringor production operations.
- Experience managing direct reports in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience with equipment and/or building maintenance.
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SAPand/or Manhattan.
- Adept at seeing opportunities to improve upon the status quo and implementing solutions.
- Familiarity with Lean principles.
This jobcould belocatedatany ofour production facilities in Lawrence or Leavenworth, KSORour distribution center in Liberty, MO. Relocationassistancewill not be provided.
May berequiredearlier or later thanstatedhours depending on business need.
