As a Registered Nurse | RN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. You will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during the assigned shift;

includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Provide nursing care and assessment for residents in accordance with established plans of care and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise staff assignments and mentoring of nursing personnel during assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals to plan and implement resident care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and accepted standards of practice.

• Active, in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as an RN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
