Position
Wellness Nurse Manager – Full‑Time
LocationLiberty, Missouri
CompensationStarting wage $35.00–$40.75 per hour
Shift ScheduleWeek 1:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2:
Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7 pm‑7 am
- Supervise the building in the absence of department heads, leading the Wellness team and other departments to provide quick, reliable, person‑centered care.
- Act as a force on the floor, assisting with call lights, requests for assistance, and demonstrating a sense of urgency that puts resident needs first.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents.
- Provide compassionate, professional care that exemplifies Arrow’s core values and leaves residents feeling safe and cared for.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
- Experience in direct, hands‑on nursing care including medication passes.
- Thorough knowledge of current care standards, regulations, medication regulation and law.
- Knowledge of appropriate care and supervision for residents.
- Preferred experience caring for memory‑impaired residents.
- Preferred experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day, lift or move up to 50 lb, perform two‑person transfers, and assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall assistance.
- Criminal background check clearance.
