Wellness Nurse Manager

Our starting wage for Wellness Nurse Managers is: $35.00‑$40.75 per hour!
Shift
Schedule:
- Week 1:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - Week 2:
Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7 pm‑7 am
- Supervise the Wellness department in the absence of department heads, assisting and leading the Wellness team and other departments to provide quick, reliable, and person‑centered care.
- Lead by example on the floor: be available to help with call lights, assist with resident requests, and demonstrate urgency to put residents first.
- Document accurately: complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently.
- Exemplify core values: ensure every interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and leaves the resident feeling safe and cared for.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
- Hands‑on nursing care experience, including medication passes as needed.
- Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of medication regulation and law.
- Knowledge of resident care and supervision requirements.
- Preferred: experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impairment residents.
- Preferred: experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day; lift or move up to 50 lbs; assist with transfers and post‑fall care.
- Must be criminally cleared.
