The Estoria at Norterre Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pulmonary specialty to provide specialized nursing care to residents with acute and chronic respiratory conditions. The role involves administering pulmonary treatments, monitoring respiratory health, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible pulmonary care.

• Provide specialized nursing care to residents with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
• Administer pulmonary treatments and monitor respiratory health.
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document clinical findings and interventions accurately.

• Active, good standing LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in pulmonary care within a skilled nursing or healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking for managing respiratory conditions.
