Experience:

1 year of Telemetry RN experience EMR:
Experience with Altera Sunrise is preferred (similar to Cerner)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data, ensuring prompt responses to any abnormalities. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop a comprehensive care plan. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and ongoing care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies.

Nicotine-free facility Orientation: 2-day orientation at a partner facility followed by clinical orientation. Candidates must submit a specific form for consideration. The facility allows the cancellation of one shift per pay period with prior notice. Bi-weekly pay structure.
