Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking compassionate LPNs & RNs to provide private duty nursing in patients’ homes in Liberty, MO. You’ll deliver focused, one-on-one pediatric and young adult care, forming trusted bonds with families and supporting your patients right at home.
Structured shifts (FT, PT, or PRN), premium pay for overnights and weekends, hands-on training, and an annual stay bonus are offered. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K where applicable.
