Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Telemetry unit. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patients with heart conditions and delivering patient care in accordance with established protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
- Administer medications and perform procedures as ordered by the physician.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment and care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and completely in EMR system.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide continuity of care.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Telemetry RN experience required.
- BSN preferred.
- Current RN license, BLS & ACLS certifications required.
