Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans. Document patient progress and care in the electronic medical record.
