• Act as a key resource for customers and manufacturer representatives, delivering responsive customer service and technical support.
• Review and interpret customer inquiries, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate quotations.
• Prepare and manage quotations, including sizing, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Follow up on open quotes to drive order conversion and support sales goals.
• Conduct contract reviews, including assessment of terms and conditions, technical requirements, discounts, and commissions.
• Process credits and returned material authorizations (RMA) accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to maintain up-to-date information on customer activities and opportunities.
• Ensure continuity of customer support in the absence of the Regional Sales Manager.
• Utilize ERP systems and internal tools to manage sales activities and documentation.
• Support broader team objectives by performing additional duties based on workload and business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a high school diploma or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in mechanical applications, preferably working with manufacturers’ representatives.
• Knowledge of pressure relief products, process equipment, compressors, pumps, or petrochemical controls (preferred).
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Intermediate math skills and understanding of units of measure.
• Ability to read and interpret basic submittal drawings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and ability to deliver consistent results under deadlines.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

• Ability to use a computer and telephone for extended periods with sufficient manual dexterity.
• Ability to sit for extended durations (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Ability to occasionally stand and walk, including movement between office and manufacturing areas.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when accessing manufacturing areas.
