** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front desk policies.

+ Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.

+ Monitor access points, reception-area activity, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.

+ Support front desk operations by answering phones, directing guests, receiving deliveries, and communicating professionally with client representatives and Allied Universal leadership.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
