Troubleshoot and repair problems on plant facilities and production equipment of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic in nature;
Troubleshoot tooling issues;
Lead projects, training and mentoring Tooling Technicians I and II;
Maintain and update equipment records, shim logs, schematics, blueprints, and files;
Attend daily pre-shift meetings and carry out assigned workloads as directed by shift/area leaders
