What You'll Do
Run residential service calls — diagnose, repair, and maintain systems
Present options and solutions to homeowners with confidence
Deliver a 5-star experience on every visit
Work on heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Residential HVAC service experience (required)
Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with performance-based pay and customer-facing work
EPA 608 Certification (required)
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to earn what they deserve
Physical Requirements
This role regularly works in indoor and outdoor environments with extreme temperature variations. Physical requirements include:
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing 50+ lbs; occasionally 75+ lbs with assistance
Climbing ladders and working at heights of 15 feet or more
Standing, bending, crouching, kneeling, and working in tight or confined spaces such as attics, crawlspaces, and mechanical rooms
Walking on rooftops and uneven surfaces
Ability to work in extreme heat or cold for extended periods
Manual dexterity to handle tools, electrical components, and equipment
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
