Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor will oversee projects lasting from 1-2 weeks, with occasional projects extending up to 4 weeks. This role involves managing a team of 4-6 field technicians, depending on project size, at various industrial locations such as cement plants, baghouses, manufacturing plants, and food plants. The supervisor will be responsible for installing Ceramic adhesives and Densit wear protection concepts. Travel will be coast to coast.

The job demands adaptability to weather conditions, with busy seasons in the fall and winter, requiring comfort in both cold and hot climates. Teams are typically composed of 4-6 individuals working together.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty, MO.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
