** Required Education, Experience & Abilities Technical Requirements**
* ** Certification:
** Active
** FCC GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License)
** required for programming and commissioning.
* *
* Experience:
** Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with public safety DAS or cellular DAS.
* ** Hardware Knowledge:
** Familiarity with major active/passive BDA brands such as Westell, Comba, Honeywell, and ADRF
* ** Tools:
** Proficiency with fiber scopes, cable strip tools, spectrum analyzers, line sweep equipment, and lift machinery.
* ** Lift Certification:
** Scissor/Boom lift operator certification is highly preferred.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Strong understanding of NFPA 72, NFPA 1221, and IFC 510 codes.## Qualifications
