As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will ensure the peak performance of advanced material handling and robotic systems. Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and system longevity.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults in conveyors, motors, and automated distribution hardware.
- Install and calibrate high-tech packaging machinery to meet rigorous production standards.
- Perform root-cause analysis on mechanical failures to implement permanent, high-impact solutions.
- Document all service activities and repairs in digital maintenance logs to ensure accurate system history.
- Champion a culture of safety by strictly adhering to LOTO procedures and industrial compliance standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret complex technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.
- Competence in using standard hand tools and diagnostic software.
- Technical certification in mechatronics, electrical systems, or industrial maintenance.
- Experience with advanced conveyor systems and automated material handling technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
