Tool Repair & Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tool Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our team in Liberty, MO, 64068. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our tools and equipment are in top-notch condition, enabling our operations to run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of tools and equipment.

Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure optimal performance.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in tool usage and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Order and manage inventory of repair parts and supplies.

Provide training and support to staff on proper tool usage and maintenance practices.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in tool repair or maintenance is a plus.

Proven experience in tool repair and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in tool maintenance.

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
