This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HVAC Technician, HVAC/R Technician, Commercial Refrigeration Technician, or HVAC Service Technician who values work, flexibility, and the chance to make a visible difference for customers throughout the Kansas City Northland.

You will work with a team that recognizes craftsmanship, reliability, and honest service.

What You Will Do:

• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation and commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Use your troubleshooting skills to identify mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, piping, and airflow issues and deliver dependable solutions for customers.
• Read blueprints, construction documents, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications to complete installations and service work accurately.
• Perform brazing, pipe fitting, PVC work, sheet metal tasks, wiring, and equipment connections while maintaining a clean, professional jobsite.
• Document completed work, communicate clearly with customers and team members, and follow applicable building codes, EPA requirements, and safety practices.

What You Bring:

• You hold EPA Universal certification and can safely handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations.
• You have hands-on HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical service, construction, or building maintenance experience and can work independently in the field.
• You can confidently use gauges, hand tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic methods to service heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• You understand electrical systems, piping, brazing, and equipment installation practices relevant to HVAC/R work.
• You bring a dependable, customer-focused attitude, strong attention to detail, and pride in completing quality work.

Pay and Benefits:

• Earn a competitive hourly rate of $40 to $55 per hour , based on your experience and technical capability.
