Box Truck Delivery Driver PTO

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $23.75 per hour

Overtime: $35.63 per hour after 40 hours per week

Paid Time Off: 4% of hourly earnings redeemable for cash via ADP

• Deliver heavy and bulky packages in a 26‑box truck with only a standard driver’s license (Class E in Missouri).
• No CDL required.
• Every route is completed with a helper for safety and efficiency.
• Stay fit while handling deliveries (50-300 lbs., always team‑lift).
• Paid training, advancement opportunities, and a safety‑first culture.
• All trucks, fuel, and equipment provided.

• Safely operate a DOT‑regulated 26‑box truck, following traffic and safety laws.
• Work with a helper to load, deliver, and install heavy and bulky items.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring deliveries are completed on time and damage‑free.
• Use mobile tools and handheld devices to manage routes and deliveries.
• Problem‑solve challenges on routes and assist other teams when needed.

• 21 years or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license (Class E in Missouri).
• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Physically able to lift or move 50‑250 pounds with a partner.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background/MVR check.
• Basic English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug test.
