Tired of delivering 300 small envelopes a day? Switch to Amazon XL. Paragon Logistics is a premier Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) specializing in "Big & Bulky" deliveries. Instead of a van, you’ll lead a 2-person team in a 26' Box Truck. Better pay, a dedicated helper, and local routes.

• Base Pay: $23.75/hr
• Overtime: $35.63/hr (Steady OT available)
• Same-Day Pay:
  Access your earned wages daily through ADP.
• Cash-Out PTO:

  Required:
  
  Drive our 26' DOT-regulated trucks with a standard Class E license.
• Never Work Solo:
  You are the Captain; you’ll always have a Driver Helper to handle the heavy lifting (furniture, appliances, TVs).
• Work-Life Balance:
  Local routes only. Start and finish your day in Liberty. Home every night.

• Load & Go:
  Meet your helper at the station, check your Amazon-branded truck, and head out.
• Team Lift:
  You and your partner deliver and occasionally install large items (50-300 lbs).

• Age: 21+ with a valid U.S. Driver's License (Class E required in MO).
• Physicality:
  Must be comfortable with heavy lifting/moving as part of a team.
• Record:
  Clean driving record and ability to pass a background/drug screen.
• DOT:
  Must have or be willing to obtain a DOT Medical Card (we assist with this!).
