, a premier Amazon XL Delivery Service Partner (DSP). We specialize in  Big & Bulky  deliveries—which means instead of a van, you’re in a 26’ Box Truck with a Lead Driver, delivering the heavy stuff like furniture, TVs, and appliances.

• Starting Rate: $18.25/hr
• Overtime Rate: $27.38/hr (after 40 hours)
• Annual Potential: $39,451 – $54,800+ per year (based on 40–50 hours/week).

• Power of Two: You are never alone. Every route is completed as a 2-person team for safety and efficiency.
• No CDL Needed: Work alongside our Lead Drivers in DOT-regulated trucks.
• Home Daily: All routes are local to the Liberty/KC area.
  Home every night.
• Amazon Tech: Use world-class GPS and handheld routing tools to make your day seamless.

• Teamwork:
  Partner with a Lead Driver to safely load, deliver, and install  Big & Bulky  Amazon orders.
• Active Work:
  Stay fit while handling  Team Lifts  (50–300 lbs).
• Customer Service:
  Be the pro who delivers the  essential  items that make a customer’s home complete.

• Age: 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fitness:
  Physically able to lift and move heavy items with a partner.
• Reliability:
  Energetic, customer-focused, and a team player.
• Background:
  Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.
