Warehouse Order Selector – 2nd Shift
This position works Monday‑Friday, 3pm‑11pm and is located at the Hallmark Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, Missouri. The role involves fulfilling retail orders in various pick mediums (Single Carton Fill, Multi Carton Fill, Batch Cart) while using a headset and handheld device to pick products from bins in the warehouse. The incumbent must meet production expectations, maintain the highest quality and customer service standards, and adhere to standard operating procedures when selecting, packing, and placing cartons on a conveyor system.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the picking and packing of 2D and 3D product, work collaboratively within a team, and apply LEAN principles to identify and eliminate waste. Maintain personal and peer safety by following safety policies and reporting all injuries and unsafe conditions. Be flexible to fill in all work types within the described duties, and respond to changing business needs.
Basic Qualifications- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to constantly stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds constantly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a variety of conditions with automated equipment
- Proficiency operating a PC in a Windows environment
- Attention to detail
- Relocation will not be provided.
- Will be required to work at all Liberty/Distribution Center locations.
