Warehouse Order Selector – 2nd Shift

This position requires the incumbent to fill retail orders in several pick mediums within Order Processing, including Single Carton Fill, Multi Carton Fill, and Batch Cart. The candidate will use a headset and a handheld device. Flexibility to perform all work types described is required. The role involves completing customer orders using computer‑generated documents to pick 2D and 3D products from bins throughout the warehouse while meeting production expectations, maintaining the highest quality and customer service standards, and adhering to standard operating procedures when selecting and packing items in cartons and placing cartons on a conveyor system.
Teamwork, cooperation, flexibility, and LEAN principles of problem solving and waste elimination are expectations of the position. Every employee is responsible for personal safety and the safety of peers. Adherence to established safety policies and procedures, as well as reporting all injuries and unsafe conditions, is required. Business needs may result in additions or changes to the duties of this position.
BasicQualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to constantly stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 lbs constantly, up to 40 lbs frequently, and lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks
- Able to work in a variety of conditions with automated equipment
- Ability to operate a PC in a Windows environment
- Attention to detail
- The Order Processor position is located at the Hallmark Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, Missouri.
- Relocation will not be provided.
- Will be required to work at all Liberty/DC locations.
