Overview

Hallmark Supply Chain is looking for a Warehouse Order Selector for the 3rd shift (Sunday night–Friday morning, 11 pm–7 am). This role involves filling retail orders in several pick mediums within Order Processing, including Single Carton Fill, Multi Carton Fill, and Batch Cart while wearing a headset and using a handheld device. The incumbent answers computer‑generated picking documents to locate 2D and 3D products throughout the warehouse, meets production expectations, and maintains the highest quality and customer service by following standard operating procedures — selecting, packing, and placing cartons on a conveyor system.

• Fill orders using a headset and handheld device across various pick mediums.
• Locate 2D and 3D products in bins according to computer‑generated documents.
• Pack items in cartons and place them on a conveyor system.
• Work cooperatively, apply LEAN principles, and continuously improve processes.
• Follow safety policies, report injuries or unsafe conditions, and maintain a safe workplace.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level.
• Capability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds constantly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a variety of conditions with automated equipment.
• Proficiency operating a PC in a Windows environment.
• Attention to detail.

• The Order Processor position is located at the Hallmark Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, Missouri.
• Relocation will not be provided.
• Employees will be required to work at all Liberty/DC locations.
