Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supply chain operations? We are seeking a Supply Chain Clerk to support daily warehouse operations through accurate data entry, inventory tracking, and administrative support. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring inventory accuracy within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records.
- Update inventory, shipment, and customer information in warehouse systems.
- Review and verify shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation for accuracy.
- Generate reports, labels, invoices, and other operational paperwork.
- Assist with inventory tracking, order processing, and shipment monitoring.
- Support warehouse operations by maintaining records and resolving basic data discrepancies.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding inventory, shipments, and operational status.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or clerical environment.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must live in the Liberty, MO area. NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment.
- Must have warehouse experience.
- Experience using SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or other inventory management software.
- Previous experience supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, or distribution operations.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
