Supply Chain Clerk

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supply chain operations? We are seeking a Supply Chain Clerk to support daily warehouse operations through accurate data entry, inventory tracking, and administrative support. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring inventory accuracy within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records.
• Update inventory, shipment, and customer information in warehouse systems.
• Review and verify shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation for accuracy.
• Generate reports, labels, invoices, and other operational paperwork.
• Assist with inventory tracking, order processing, and shipment monitoring.
• Support warehouse operations by maintaining records and resolving basic data discrepancies.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding inventory, shipments, and operational status.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or clerical environment.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must live in the Liberty, MO area. NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Must have warehouse experience.

• Experience using SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or other inventory management software.
• Previous experience supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, or distribution operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
