We are seeking a Construction Equipment Operator to support an active construction site in Liberty, Texas.

The ideal candidate has experience operating construction or heavy equipment and is comfortable learning to operate different types of machinery used on site. Forklift operating experience is preferred, while experience with larger construction equipment is a strong advantage.

• Safely operate construction and site equipment.
• Operate forklifts and assist with material movement on site.
• Learn to operate additional equipment used at the site.
• Assist with construction activities and equipment-related tasks.
• Perform basic equipment checks before and during operation.
• Follow all site safety procedures and instructions.
• Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Work cooperatively with construction and site personnel.

Experience with any of the following is highly preferred:

• Forklifts
• Dozers
• Rollers
• Pile drivers
• Cranes
• Other heavy construction equipment

Candidates with strong equipment-operation experience may be considered even if they have not operated every type of equipment listed above. Training may be provided for site-specific equipment.

• Previous equipment operating experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Construction, industrial, or heavy-equipment experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability and willingness to learn new equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively on an active construction site.

3+ years of equipment or construction operating experience is preferred. Candidates with less experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong equipment skills and the ability to learn.
