• Operate machine that bends metal structural pipe to a predetermined straightener specification.
• Make adjustments via control system.
• Monitor conformance to engineering parameters.
• Set up as required for various diameters of pipe.
• Use a tape measure and micrometers.
• Read work orders.
• Be mechanically inclined.
• Work in a fast paced environment.
• Maintain a clean work station.
• Prioritize safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

  2-3 years in industrial environment.
• Skills and Abilities:
  • Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
  • Perform basic arithmetic and use common fractions and decimals.
  • Compute rates, ratios, percent, and interpret bar graphs.
  • Apply basic algebra and geometry.
  • Apply common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Use computer programs such as Word, Excel, and HP programs such as e‑mail, ERP system.

Forklift certified, crane certified.

The work environment usually has moderate noise level. The employee regularly required to stand, walk, use arms and hands to load and unload material for extended periods. Must be able to safely lift and load 50 lbs. Must be able to work outside in a variety of conditions and be flexible with shift and hours.
