What You'll Do (At a Glance)

• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
• Support CNAs and lead your assigned unit
• Communicate with providers, families, and the care team
• Ensure accurate documentation and quality care

What You Need

• Active Texas LVN or RN license (required)
• CPR/BLS certification
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Team mindset and strong clinical judgment
