TK Health is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our correctional healthcare team at the Liberty County Jail in Liberty, Texas.

Correctional healthcare offers nurses the opportunity to provide essential patient care in a safe, secure, and structured environment while gaining valuable clinical experience with a diverse patient population.

As an LVN with TK Health, you’ll provide hands‑on nursing care based on the individual needs of patients within the facility while working under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse.

• Providing direct nursing care to patients
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitoring and responding to patient healthcare needs
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborating with nursing and medical staff
• Following established nursing standards, procedures, and safety protocols
• Helping provide consistent, quality healthcare in a structured clinical environment

• Valid, unrestricted LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
