Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced project environment? We are seeking a Senior Project Accountant to support large-scale, complex projects and play a key role in financial reporting, billing accuracy, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant who enjoys working cross-functionally, leveraging advanced Excel skills, and contributing to high-visibility projects with significant business impact.

• Manage project accounting activities, including billing, cost tracking, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Analyze and validate large volumes of project and billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review reconciliations, forecasts, project financials, and month-end accounting activities.
• Partner closely with operations, project management, and accounting teams to resolve issues and drive project performance.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements through detailed financial analysis.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and management reporting requests.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to project accounting, construction accounting, manufacturing, engineering services, or similar project-based industries.
• Advanced Excel skills required, including complex formulas, lookups, data validation, and large dataset analysis.
• Experience with project billing, job costing, WIP reporting, or project financial management strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with competing priorities.
