Summary
Under the direction of the Dealer Support Leadership, the Dealer Support Coordinator I is responsible for the day‑to‑day dealer orders and interactions, while contributing to the growth of the company by performing a high level of dealer support and quality service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with dealers via phone, email, and chat
- Process orders in a timely fashion (average 25+ orders per day) within 90 days
- Assist dealers in a timely, prompt, professional and friendly manner
- Provide knowledgeable answers to dealers regarding product, pricing, and availability
- Help dealers navigate the e‑commerce platform and assist in the ordering process
- Research and solve dealer concerns and/or issues
- Attend and actively participate in scheduled meetings
- Provide a high level of service and dealer support
- Manage $1–6 Million in order volume
- Manage 1 key account over $500k
- Communicate effectively with other departments as needed regarding order and dealer relations
- Proactively manage dealer accounts by notifying dealers of potential stock issues or shipment delays
- Follow and demonstrate Bath Concept’s core values
- Requires an associate’s degree or 2–3 years of related experience in an office environment
- High level of computer literacy, including MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with others
- Ability to complete purchase orders, schedules, and assigned reports
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proper email etiquette
