With multiple campuses in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, we are dedicated to providing high-quality training that equips our students for success in the beauty field.

• Engage prospective students via phone, email, and social media to discuss educational opportunities.
• Conduct personalized interviews to understand students' career goals and guide them to the right programs.
• Explain the admissions process, scholarships, and financial aid options effectively.
• Assist students in completing their enrollment applications and documentation.
• Oversee the admissions process to ensure a smooth journey for new enrollees.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid staff to support students in understanding funding opportunities.
• Attend and participate in recruitment events to showcase Tricoci University.
• Establish connections with local high schools and community organizations to drive recruitment efforts.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is preferred.
• Interest in or experience with the beauty industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is desirable.
• Ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
• A strong commitment to supporting students in their educational and career goals.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
