Overview
Starting Salary: $65,000/year plus Enrollment-based Performance Incentive Plan. Environment:

Chance Light Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, a growing organization with a social mission to offer hope, is seeking a Director, Enrollment and Outreach to join our team and perform meaningful work in a culture that welcomes innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee and enhance student enrollment efforts for all education programs within an assigned region.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term outreach strategies to support program enrollment goals while building relationships with students, families, community partners, local school districts, and neighborhood organizations.
- Serve as a trusted connector to diverse communities, guiding prospective students and families through the enrollment process, conducting enrollment meetings, completing required documentation, and ensuring policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Serve as a visible and trusted ambassador for Chance Light within the community and with prospective families by communicating the organization’s mission, vision, and commitment to student success.
- Develop creative and data-informed outreach strategies that generate prospective student interest, expand referral pipelines, and support enrollment goals across programs.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with community stakeholders to expand program visibility and referral opportunities.
- Attend and represent Chance Light at conferences, community events, resource fairs, and marketing opportunities, including select evenings and weekends, to increase awareness and cultivate relationships.
- Demonstrate knowledge of school enrollment processes, program offerings, curriculum pathways, department functions, and applicable state graduation requirements to guide prospective families.
- Maintain accurate databases of prospective students and families to support follow-up and ongoing engagement efforts.
- Proactively reach out to prospective students and families through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and other engagement methods to support enrollment progression.
- Promote family and community engagement by supporting policies, programs, and events that strengthen student, family, and school connections.
- Increase community awareness through strategic communications, admissions events, open houses, and other outreach initiatives.
- Identify community-based wraparound service providers and connect students and families with referrals and support services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen engagement strategies and align outreach with organizational priorities.
- Manage the enrollment process by monitoring online inquiries, responding promptly to prospective families, and guiding applicants through each stage.
- Participate in school functions, open houses, and community events to promote program awareness and support recruitment.
- Educate and engage faculty and staff to support enrollment, outreach, and family engagement initiatives.
- Maintain ongoing outreach with current and former students and families to promote satisfaction and long-term connection.
- Track recruitment, enrollment, outreach, and retention data to evaluate progress and inform continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development of admissions materials, promotional events, and marketing initiatives that elevate program visibility.
- Collaborate with program leadership to promote initiatives that strengthen recruitment, enrollment, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain accurate admissions and enrollment data and provide timely reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to support campus, regional, and organizational goals, including strategic planning.
- Attend and participate in school-based and regional leadership meetings as required.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field.
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
