We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to support a high-volume medical device manufacturing environment. The role involves designing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting automated assembly equipment, PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, and industrial control systems. The ideal candidate will improve equipment reliability, support validation activities, and work closely with automation, validation, and maintenance teams.
Key Skills- Ignition SCADA & Factory Talk SE
- HMI Development & Troubleshooting
- Cognex Vision Systems
- Power Flex VFDs & Kinetix Servo Drives
- Ether Net/IP, Profi Net, Device Net
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 7+ years of controls engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with automated production equipment and industrial networks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
