This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Physical Therapist at Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, located in Libertyville, IL. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions. They will design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs, coordinate care plans with patients and other healthcare professionals, and ensure high‑quality patient care. Additional responsibilities include providing patient education and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation techniques, and Patient Care
• Knowledge in Medicine and experience with Home Care services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive patient experiences
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois
• Prior experience in orthopedic or sports medicine rehabilitation is a plus
