Who We’re Looking ForWe’re expanding our bench of part-time HR professionals and would love to connect with:
- Executive HR Advisors (EHRA) – senior-level HR leaders who enjoy advising executives and driving strategy
- HR Consultants (HRC) – experienced HR professionals who thrive in hands‑on, operational HR work
All roles are part-time, hourly, and involve working on-site at client locations in the Chicagoland area.

Depending on your experience level, you may:
At the Executive HR Advisor Level- Serve as a trusted HR partner to business owners and leadership teams
- Navigate complex employee relations matters
- Provide compliance guidance (federal and state employment laws)
- Advise on compensation, performance management, and workforce planning
- Coach managers and strengthen leadership practices
- Provide day-to-day HR support and employee relations guidance
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding
- Support compliance and policy implementation
- Help manage performance processes and HR best practices
- Be a steady, reliable HR presence for client teams
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience (10+ years for EHRA consideration)
- Strong working knowledge of employment law
- Comfortable working independently at client sites
- Professional, practical, and solutions-oriented
- Strong communicator who builds trust easily
- Available for part-time, hourly work
HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are welcome but not required.
