As a CNC Machinist II, you’ll play a vital role in driving production excellence by maintaining a clean, efficient, and collaborative environment. Your precision and dedication will help ensure minimal downtime, consistent quality, and a culture of growth and stability.

• Log time and job data using ERP software
• Interpret work orders, flow sheets, and part drawings
• Inspect blueprint dimensions using manual gauges
• Load and verify tools and fixtures; fabricate basic fixtures as needed
• Pull and verify correct materials from staging area per WOPAC
• Set up and operate 3-axis mills and basic 2-axis lathe work
• Upload/download CNC programs from programmer to machine
• Align vices and locate fixture centers accurately
• Submit first article and final inspections to Quality Assurance
• Run production parts and conduct in-process inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles
• Perform daily and monthly machine preventive maintenance
• Communicate with Supervisor to ensure successful job completion
• Support all safety and quality system requirements
• Take on additional duties as assigned

Note:

This is a safety-sensitive position.

• Basic proficiency with ERP software
• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
• CNC Machining
• Blueprint Reading
• Manual Inspection Gauges
• Editing and Writing CNC Programs
• Strong basic math skills: trigonometry knowledge preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
