We are seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction projects within a medical device manufacturing environment. The role will manage cross-functional teams, project timelines, product launches, and manufacturing readiness activities from development through commercialization. The position will support product transfer, process development, manufacturing scale-up, and compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements.
Key Skills
- Lead and manage NPI projects for medical device products
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory
- Drive project timelines, budgets, risk management, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Support product transfer, process development, manufacturing scale-up, and manufacturing readiness activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 10+ years of project management experience in medical device manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of NPI, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing operations
- Experience working in regulated FDA and GMP environments
Additional Skills
- Medical NPI experience with good knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes for assembly and automation lines
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- People management experience preferred but not mandatory
- Candidates should be open to converting to FTE after 1 year
