• Collaborative Urology Team:
  Work with a well-established group of 5 urologists and 1 nurse practitioner to deliver top-tier, patient-focused care across Libertyville and Gurnee.
• Consistent and Supportive
  
  Schedule:
  
  Maintain a reliable Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm workweek to promote work-life balance and long-term job satisfaction.
• Blended Care Environment:
  Primarily outpatient with daily inpatient rounds, providing variety while ensuring continuity of care across the patient journey.
• Meaningful Patient Interactions:
  See approximately 10 patients per half-day, focusing on follow-ups, pre-ops, post-ops, consults, and urodynamic testing.

  Collaboration:
  
  Assist in urologic surgeries and work closely with hospitals such as Advocate Condell Medical Center, Vista Medical Center East, and City of Hope Cancer Center Chicago.
• Manageable Weekend Call:
  Maintain a healthy lifestyle with a 1:4 weekend call schedule.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a focus on urology or a related specialty.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and deliver patient-focused care.
