To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As an LPN, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect at our facility by ensuring medication and nursing care are administered as directed by individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, serving as a team leader, and advocating for residents. Residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
