Triage Registered Nurse - Deerfield

Hourly Pay Range

$33.96 - $52.64 per hour. Determined by expertise and years of experience and other factors.

Registered Nurse – Primary Care Pediatrics.

Location:

Deerfield, IL.

Full Time: 40 hours per week.

Hours:

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Required Travel:
Travel to other sites based upon department need.

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Conduct phone triage, manage test results, process medication refills, obtain prior authorizations, and convey plans of care.
• Provide patient education and teaching.
• Review and respond to North Shore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart patient encounters in Epic, our electronic medical record.

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Education: Graduate of an NLN‑accredited nursing school required; BSN strongly preferred.
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required.
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.
