Registered Nurse - Observation​/Med​/Surg

Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Observation at Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville, IL

Full‑time night shifts. Work in the 28‑bed Clinical Observation Unit, providing outpatient care to patients requiring monitoring and treatment beyond the emergency department. The unit serves a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses with stays of less than 24 hours.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
