General job duties for all store team members include:

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate motor actions between eyes and hands to make precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

• Minimum age 16 years.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking:
  For short distances and short durations; surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum. Work surfaces between 36" and 48".
• Sitting:
  Paperwork is typically completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries are unloaded by hand truck; cases of ingredients and supplies may weigh up to 50 pounds. Cases are stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
• Carrying:
  Large cans (3 lb 7 oz) are carried from workstation to storage; pizza sauce (30 lb) is carried from storage to front of store; trays of pizza dough (≈12 lb each) are carried three at a time over short distances.
• Pushing:
  Move trays on dollies (24‑30") requiring up to 7.5 lb of force. Trays may also be pulled.
• Climbing:
  Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
• Stooping/Bending:
  Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station for 30‑45 seconds repeatedly during the day. Bending at front counter and while stocking ingredients.
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Occasional use to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching:
  Continuously reach upward, downward, and forward; may reach above 72
