Tu Construction is hiring motivated and talented individuals to join our growing sales team. We need individuals who are eager to learn and take on new challenges. No previous sales experience necessary. Qualified individuals will achieve success if following our training process. Candidates must possess the following:

• Outgoing personality with a knack for conversation
• An ability to see opportunity where others may see a dead end
• Strong values and ethics
• An ability to take constructive criticism and produce positive change

Sales associates are responsible for acquiring new leads and “closing” on new business deals. Individuals must have a go-getter mindset. Associates are responsible for:

• Learning the Customer Relationship Management System, Zoho
• Meeting a progression ramped “jobs per month” quota
• Driving opportunity for the business
• Meeting with GCs (General Contractors) and cultivating relationships that help drive revenue
• Cold-Calling and lead generation (Door-to-door, through networking events, trade shows, etc.)
• Be able to mobilize quickly in the event of home endangering weather
