Shipping​/Receiving Coordinator

Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Wage: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily outbound orders
- Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
- Audit and file inbound and outbound documents
- Wrap pallets
- Load / unload trucks
- Process orders based on the buyer’s preferred shipping system (e.g. USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)- Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed

Requirements for Shipping and Receiving Coordinator:

- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good computer Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms frequently
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
