Warehouse Keeper

Job Responsibilities

• Retrieve and supply raw materials for the production floor (Resin, pallets, totes, etc.), ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate location.
• Scan and transport raw materials to the production floor and warehouse; if scanning is not operational, complete manual IT forms.
• Move excess raw material to the warehouse, weigh it, and scan it into inventory.
• Follow designated inventory location rules for proper rotation using FIFO.
• Scan raw material for production use and return to inventory locations.
• Scan finished goods into inventory, wrap when required, and store and stack properly.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies daily; participate in annual full cycle count.
• Perform put away activities daily and maintain proper documentation for all materials.
• Participate in line clearance process and ensure product integrity is maintained at a high level.
• Move clean scrap cap gaullards to the recgrind area, weigh and record all scrap in designated collection points, and take scrap boxes to the compactor to compact them.
• Empty garbage containers when full.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and safe daily: sweep and mop floors, keep pathways clear, perform daily pre-use checks on powered industrial equipment, and report any unsafe condition or near miss.
• Pick and stage items for shipping, firewall orders prior to shipping per picking list, load shipments per bill of lading, and perform picking processes as needed (relabeling, changing packaging or pallets).
• Support and maintain all company policies, including ISO/BRC Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.

6:00 am - 6:15 pm. 12‑hour shift. 36/48 schedule (rotating).

Starting rate $20.00; may vary with knowledge, skills, and experience up to $22.50.
